Join Us for the Second Annual Recovery Conference: “A Bridge to Recovery” 

Are you or someone you know struggling with addiction or in recovery? We invite you to join us for our second annual recovery conference, themed “A Bridge to Recovery,” on Friday, September 27. This event is a beacon of hope and a source of invaluable resources for those on the journey to recovery. 

Event Highlights 

  • Welcome and Guest Speakers (9:00 – 9:30 AM)Start your day with inspiring comments from our elected officials. 
  • Keynote Speaker: Nanette V. Larson, BA, CRSS (9:30 – 11:00 AM)  – Nanette Larson, a nationally recognized leader in the mental health recovery movement, will share her powerful story of overcoming mental illness and addiction. Her journey from despair to hope is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. 
  • Lunch and Information Tables (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM)Enjoy a complimentary lunch while exploring informational tables that provide additional resources and support.

Workshops (12:30 – 1:30 PM)

  1. Services in the LGBTQ+ Community presented by Zorian Price and Jeremy Cardine. 
  2. TASC Deflection Project presented by Stephanie L. Nevilles, BS, CADC. 
  3. Addiction Cycle/Individual Addiction Cycle presented by Keith Kuhn, MBA, MSW.
