Residential Programs

Mental health or substance use challenges should not be a barrier to a bright future and living with independence. We have 3 residential housing programs. Each program provides a unique level of support, to empower our residents to live as independently and successfully as possible.

Supervised Living

Our Supervised living program is designed for residents who need comprehensive support. Residents will be provided with care from counselors and psychiatrists. Therapeutic aids are also provided.

The program provides case management support to help consumers connect with resources and programs necessary to improve their quality of life.
A licensed nurse is on-site to ensure medication safety.

Supported Living

Residents are given appropriate support to maximize their independence. A team will help each resident to ensure their needs are met.
Job searching, obtaining education, and transportation are also areas in which residents can receive help.

  • Must be able to properly manage medication
  • Must be able to manage personal finances
  • Residents are required to have income
  • No limit on length of stay

Transitional Living

The transitional program empowers consumers to find their own homes and employment. Residents are assisted by case managers to develop the skills they need.

  • Assistance finding employment
  • Help purchasing supplies to live independently
  • Develop skills necessary to live independently
  • 90 Day program length
