Crisis Team
Is someone you know experiencing an urgent mental health crisis? Our crisis team is ready, willing, and able to intervene and de-escalate situations where one or more members of our community finds themselves in a behavioral health crisis.
In addition to de-escalating or resolving many mental health emergencies, our team can conduct evaluations in the field to determine if the individual in crisis needs hospitalization or other forms of professional care.
If inpatient care is deemed to be the best option, crisis team members often help to place individuals in several different inpatient treatment programs throughout the region.
Behavioral health crisis responders for both adults and children are available 24/7 and can come to you if a loved one is experiencing an urgent crisis. Call us at 618-482-7330.
For immediate help: call 911 for a life-threatening emergency or 988 for a mental health emergency.
